We are seeking an outstanding Toxicologist / Risk Assessor to lead our Risk Assessment group. Position to be based out of one of our U.S. offices; location is open to negotiation.
Responsibilities:
• Advising management on human health and environmental risk assessments and other public health projects
• Developing and defending qualitative and quantitative risk assessments
• Managing the risk assessment task of major projects across the Company
• Communicating the risk assessment procedures and findings to staff, clients, regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and the public.
• Providing technical evaluations of hazardous waste sites
• Evaluating the toxic and carcinogenic potential of specific hazardous substances
• Overseeing data collection and analysis
• Project and regulatory research
• Client interaction
• Business development

| Skill Requirements |
Requirements:
• PhD in Toxicology or related field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry); MPH desirable.
• 10+ years in toxicology or ecological risk assessment
• Strong business development skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and relational database software such as Access
• Excellent analytical, interpretative and communication skills
• Domestic and international travel required
