The Alameda County Water District is a California Special District which provides high quality low-cost drinking water to approximately one-third million people in the cities of Fremont, Newark, and Union City. Each day, ACWD distributes an average of more than 44 million gallons of water for residential, commercial, industrial, and landscape use.
