Acres, Inc. is a 1000+ member land trust founded in 1960 devoted to the preservation of natural areas in northeast Indiana. It holds and manages 58 preserves encompassing over 4,075 acres. Acres Land Trust has a staff of 5, is governed by an active volunteer board of directors, and has strong collaberations with State of Indiana environmental agencies, individual donors and other environmental and nonprofit organizations.
