What is the Good Jobs, Green Jobs Conference?
The Good Jobs, Green Jobs National Conference —which brings together union, environmental, business and elected leaders to put our ideas to work building a new, green economy, is coordinated by the Blue Green Alliance.
The 2008 Good Jobs, Green Jobs Conference, which took place in Pittsburgh, PA, was attended by nearly 1,000 union, environmental, business and elected leaders. The 2009 Conference, which took place Feb. 4-6, 2009, in Washington, D.C. featured EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson and brought together nearly 3,000 people to share ideas and strategies to fashion a new, green economy.
